Job Description:

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an Event Coordinator I to join our team in Ft. Belvoir, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills oversees planning, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and onsite execution of events, serving as the main operational contact for clients and ensuring all event details run smoothly.

Job Duties:

Experience in managing and coordinating functions that enable efficient execution of events and daily business activities, including:

• • Conference and event planning
  • Secretary and reception support
  • Administrative operations
  • Payroll support
  • Travel coordination
  • Information and data processing
  • Mail distribution and management
  • Materials scheduling and distribution
  • Printing and reproduction services
  • Records management
  • Telecommunications support
  • Security coordination
  • Parking administration
  • Property procurement, supply management, and disposal activities

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
• Associate degree in any discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative, event coordination, or related support field
