Event Coordinator - MNC Firm (6 Months Contract)

Seeking an Events Coordinator to support conferences, training workshops, incentive programmes and member communications for a leading international consumer brand. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of event or marketing coordination experience.

Client Details

An international market-leading consumer products company is seeking a Event Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.

Description

• Coordinate business seminars, training workshops and membership conference
• Managing event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling and vendor coordination
• Prepare event communications and invitation across multiple channels, including email, SMS and messaging platforms
• Assist in one of the upcoming flagship events from preparation, communication to execution
• Ensure all marketing collateral including event collateral, promotional flyers, presentations in a professional quality

Profile

• Degree holder with 2-3 years' experience in event management and coordination, marketing support
• Great organisational and communication skills
• Native in Chinese and fluent in English
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint

Job Offer

• Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
