Event Coordinator/ Trainee

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, and service providers.
• Assist event schedules, requirements and on-site activities.
• Coordinate with different teams such as production, sound, light, décor and logistics.
• Handle on-ground coordination during events and resolve basic issues when required.
• Ensure that event arrangements are completed on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams for event requirements and timelines.
• Assist with event-related documentation, quotations and follow-ups.
• Travel to event venues as required.
• Assist in event logistics, setup, and dismantling.

REQUIREMENT:

• Freshers are welcome to apply for the Event Trainee role.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience is required for the Event Coordinator role.
• Minimum 12th Pass, Course in Event Management in added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
