Event Creative

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop innovative event designs, themes, and activations that align with the client's brand and objectives
• Design engaging customer experiences through events such as roadshows, pop-ups, grand openings, workshops, etc.
• Collaborate with design, production, location, and artist teams to deliver seamless executions
• Design and produce visually stunning event materials, including event branding, stage designs, digital content, and collateral
• Oversee the end-to-end event production process, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality experience for attendees
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the creativity and innovation of events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the event planning and delivery
• Measure and analyze event performance data to inform future event strategies and improvements

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, or related fields
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Event, Creative, or Advertising industries
• Strong creativity with the ability to develop engaging concepts for events and activities
• Skilled in design with a good understanding of visual work such as Branding, Stage Design, or Digital Content
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other related programs
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
