Event Crew / Driver

AES Group are looking for a highly motivated Driver / Event Crew member to join our team. You'll be a key part of making our events run smoothly, from transporting equipment and crew to building, running and breaking down event setups. The work is varied and fast-paced, and it suits someone who enjoys being hands-on and doesn't mind getting stuck in.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport equipment, staging, and crew to and from venues
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and securely and keep the warehouse in good condition
• Help set up, run, and dismantle events, following instructions from the event team
• Carry out vehicle checks and report any faults or damage promptly
• Keep to tight schedules, arriving at venues on time and ready to work
• Handle and care for equipment properly, keeping it tidy and in good condition
• Work closely with colleagues, clients, and venue staff, presenting a professional image of the business at all times
• Support the wider team with other tasks as needed

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (please state any endorsements)
• Excellent time management and reliability
• Willingness to work hard, including physical work such as lifting and carrying
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends, depending on event schedules

Desirable

• Previous experience in events, live production, logistics, or a similar role
• Forklift license
• Experience driving larger vehicles (e.g. Luton vans)
• Knowledge of basic event setup
• First aid or manual handling training

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
