Event Crew Member: Luxury Events in Aspen | The Wolf Pack

Who We Are
The Wolf Pack is Aspen’s go-to support crew for the companies that build luxury events. We work behind the scenes for florists, designers, lighting and AV teams, and drape specialists on high-end weddings, private parties, and brand activations across the Roaring Fork Valley. We’ve never advertised. Clients find us by reputation and ask for our people by name.

The Work
You’ll join our clients’ teams on site and help bring their designs to life. On a typical day that means:

• Unloading trucks and moving product, furniture, and equipment into place
• Helping install florals, decor, lighting, and drape
• Breaking it all down after the last guest leaves and packing it back carefully
• Jumping in wherever the client needs an extra set of hands

Most jobs happen before guests arrive or after they leave, so expect night strikes, early installs, and some long days during peak season.

You’re a Fit If

• You’re dependable and you show up on time, every time
• You take pride in doing things right, even when nobody’s watching
• You can lift heavy items and stay on your feet for a full shift
• You stay easygoing when the timeline gets tight
• You’ve worked in events, hospitality, construction, or production (a bonus, not a requirement)
• You have reliable transportation around the valley

Pay
$35/hr to start, with raises and lead opportunities earned through performance. [Add benefits here, e.g. paid sick leave.]
