Location: Downtown MRT
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
Attire: Formal business attire — black collared shirt, long pants, and covered shoes
Salary: $12 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage attendee registration, including check-in procedures, badge printing, and distribution using the event registration system.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with attendees in English while utilizing MacBook systems to support event operations.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions by assisting with microphone distribution and ensuring smooth audience participation.
• Oversee assigned event booths, providing information, assistance, and excellent customer service to attendees.
• Support the overall event execution by handling ad hoc tasks and operational requirements as assigned by event organizers.
• Ensure a seamless and positive attendee experience through proactive assistance and effective coordination throughout the event.

Job 2

Event Crew (Retail Activation)

Event Period: 27 September 2026 - 12 October 2026 (16 Days)

Salary: $13/hour

Working Schedule: up to 6 days per week (Monday - Sunday, including weekends)

Working Hours: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (with 1 hr unpaid break)

Locations (1-2 pax per location)

• Marina Bay Sands
• ION Orchard
• Orchard Road (Brand Centre Orchard)
• Raffles City Pop Up

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the interactive simulator area to ensure smooth operations.
• Guide and assist customers on how to use the simulator.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and handled appropriately.
• Support customers with participation requirements and registration processes.
• Verify participants have completed the required social media follow and membership registration steps.
• Assist customers in downloading and accessing the mobile application when required.
• Ensure participants present the required verification screen before accessing the simulator.
• Assist with crowd management and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, events, roadshows, customer service, or promotional activities is advantageous.
• Able to commit throughout the event period preferred.

Training Provided

• Comprehensive training on simulator operations and event procedures will be provided before the event. No prior technical experience is required.

Job 3

Packing & Accounting

Location: Jln Bukit Ho Swee

Date: 24 Sep - 2 Oct 2026 (including Saturday 26 Sep)

Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM (24 Sep), 8 AM - 5 PM (25 Sep to 2 Oct)

Salary: $11.50/hour

Job scope

• Counting for boxes of documents in a fast-moving environment.
