🌟 Job Description

Position: Event Designer (2D & 3D) (Full-Time)

Location: Hong Kong (On-site, no remote applications accepted)

Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English (mandatory)

Experience: 3-5 years in both 2D and 3D design, with a focus on branding and structural builts.

🌟 Job Responsibilities

1. Client Needs Analysis: Accurately understand and interpret client requirements, including brand positioning, target audience, and unique characteristics to inform design decisions.
2. ⁠Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of designs for events, galas and conferences and product visualizations, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals.
3. Independent Project Management: Independently manage multiple design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client standards.
4. Design Execution: Create and produce 2D and 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations, events renderings, and immersive experiences, while maintaining consistency with brand strategy and visual style.
5. Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring all outputs meet the highest creative and technical standards.

🌟 Job Requirements

1. Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in 2D and 3D design, preferably within branding, events, conferences, or product visualization industries (agency experience is a plus).
2. Education: Graduate from a reputable design school (local or international) or equivalent experience;
3. Skills:

• Proficient in 2D, 3D designs software (e.g., Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or equivalent).
• Strong sense in events design, layout, typography, product visualization, and branding elements such as logos, key visuals (KV), and visual identity.
• Solid foundation in visual communication, with a keen eye for composition, color theory, and typography.
• Familiarity with AI image-generation/design tools and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.

1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective client communication and team collaboration.
2. Soft Skills:

• Strong creative and strategic thinking with the ability to translate concepts into compelling 2D and 3D visuals.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in high-pressure environments and under deadlines.
• Passion for design and a commitment to excellence.
