Event Driver & Booth Setup Associate

About the Role
As our Farmers Market Driver & Event Setup Lead, you'll be the person who makes each market day run smoothly, from loading the van in the morning to closing down the booth at the end of the day. You'll transport our cinnamon rolls, toppings, and equipment, set up our booth at different farmers markets, stay on-site to support the team, and handle breakdown and return.

What You'll Do

• Load the DIVILMA van with cinnamon rolls, toppings, supplies, and equipment
• Drive safely to and from multiple farmers market locations
• Set up the booth: tent, tables, displays, signage, and equipment
• Stay on-site during the market to support the team as needed
• Break down the booth, load the van, and return all equipment and product
• Keep the van clean, organized, and stocked
• Complete the van safety and maintenance checklist before each trip
• Represent the DIVILMA brand with a positive, professional attitude

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus additional weekdays
• Comfortable with early mornings (market days start as early as 6:30 AM)
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (tents, tables, coolers, equipment)
• Punctual, organized, and responsible
• Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience driving a van or commercial vehicle
• Experience with events, farmers markets, catering, or food service
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
