Warehouse Loader and Event DriverJob Summary

We are seeking a dependable and versatile Warehouse Loader and Event Driver to support our warehouse and event operations. This position is responsible for loading and unloading company trucks before and after events, safely transporting event equipment and supplies, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with event-day setup, breakdown, and cleanup as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Company Vehicles

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport event equipment, supplies, and materials to and from event locations.
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and vehicle operating guidelines.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Properly secure all equipment and materials during transportation.

Loading and Unloading

• Load event equipment, supplies, and materials onto company trucks before each event.
• Verify that all required items are loaded before leaving the warehouse.
• Unload and stage equipment at event locations in coordination with the event team.
• Handle all equipment and materials carefully to prevent loss or damage.
• Assist with loading trucks and returning equipment to the warehouse following events.
• Communicate with event leads and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading.

Event Support

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup as needed.
• Support event teams with the movement and placement of equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional event or warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Warehouse and Stock Room Organization

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and stock room.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are stored in their proper locations.
• Keep inventory areas clearly labeled and easily accessible.

Quality Control

• Inspect equipment, products, and supplies for damage, defects, or missing items.
• Report damaged or defective items to management promptly.
• Help ensure equipment is properly stored and ready for future events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a box truck driver, with knowledge of safe driving practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing event needs.
• Familiarity with event setup and materials is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands

· Must be able to work on your feet as well as stationary for at least 10 hours daily

· Fast paced movements are required

· Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 pounds

· Kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders

Pay Range: $22-$26 Hourly

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
