Event Executive

Responsibility:

• Assist in developing event marketing strategies aligned with store banners (Central Chidlom / Central / Robinson), focusing on customer engagement and brand objectives.
• Plan and execute events according to the approved strategies.
• Prepare event proposals including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for event design, branding, and execution.
• Manage operational aspects of events, including advertising, digital campaigns, merchandising, and CRM activities.
• Monitor and track event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Collect customer feedback and analyze results to improve future events.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and sponsorship discussions under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in event planning within retail or similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to handle unexpected challenges during events calmly and effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills both Thai and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for planning and reporting.
