EVENT EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE

• Plan, host and facilitate events for Lockdown, Coffeemin, ThinkOut and V-Room
• Handle day to day operations of Lockdown, Coffeemin and V-Room, including the responsibilities of the part-timers
• Design and prepare marketing materials
• Attend to customers enquiries about events.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and follow-up with an eye for detail
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Confident in speaking to a group of people
• Willing to work on public holidays and weekends if necessary
• Excellent oral, written and good interpersonal skills
• Good Photoshop/Design skills will be advantageous
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
