What You’ll Be Doing (The Action)

• Brainstorm & Build: Collaborate with the team to develop fresh, out-of-the-box event concepts.
• Plan & Execute: Manage the nitty-gritty details of event planning, from vendor coordination to on-site logistics.
• Problem Solve: Be the ultimate firefighter. When things change at the last minute, you adapt and conquer.
• Client Magic: Work closely with clients to ensure their vision comes to life exactly how they imagined it (or better).

Who You Are (The DNA)

• You are deeply passionate about events and thrive in a fast-paced, high-adrenaline environment.
• You want a career that pushes your creative limits and challenges you every single day.
• You are highly organized but flexible enough to pivot when a live event throws a curveball.
• You have a "can-do" attitude and love seeing a project through from a rough sketch to the final applause.
• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Junior Executive position).
• Candidates with event industry experience (>3 years) are welcome for Senior Executive positions.
