Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, launches, gala dinners and brand experiences
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, talent, production crews and logistics
- Work with clients from brief to show day
- Build timelines, checklists, budgets and event documentation
- Handle onsite operations, rehearsals, setup and show execution
- Solve problems fast when the unexpected happens
- Bring fresh ideas, energy and attention to detail to every project

- Organised, resourceful, energetic and calm under pressure
- Communicate well, take ownership and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when showtime hits
