Event Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, organise and execute events and activities for the Company to enhance brand visibility and bring awareness, including but not limited to outlet activities, exhibition and etc.
• Collaborate and liaise with sales and marketing teams to understand event objectives, requirements and preferences.
• Execution of events, including setup, registration, health screening, promote company products, coordination of activities and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Responsible working in various type of events, managing all pre-events, during events and post-events operations of the department.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in event management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Possess good working attitude, willing to learn, ability to work independently, good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
