Event Executive

As a key member of our expansive Global Marketing team based in our Hong Kong headquarters, the Event Marketing Executive will support the end-to-end execution of a diverse portfolio of high-impact corporate events, webinars, and international marketing initiatives.

Working in close synergy with our offices worldwide and cross-functional regional hubs, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering seamless, world-class brand experiences that captivate global audiences and drive continuous campaign excellence. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity for international exposure, including occasional global business travel to support on-site event delivery.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Event Officer designation.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Coordination: Plan, execute, and deliver a diverse portfolio of high-impact webinars, seminars, and corporate marketing initiatives from conception to completion.
• Global Synergy: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional divisions, regional marketing hubs, and external international partners to translate innovative concepts into seamless brand experiences.
• Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and event effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
• Cross-Border Logistics: Manage essential event documentation and navigate operational workflows in coordination with vendors, local organizers, and our offices worldwide.
• Strategic Promotion: Develop and implement sophisticated internal and external communication channels to maximize audience engagement and brand visibility.
• On-Site Execution: Travel internationally as required to provide vital on-site operational support, ensuring all events are executed to our exacting global standards.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain administrative precision across campaign reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking to safeguard smooth marketing operations.
• Undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by supervisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in corporate event execution, international exhibitions, or webinar management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard webinar or virtual event platforms.
• Native or professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential for global coordination.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with all levels of management.
• Proven organizational ability with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing competing priorities and delivering under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure within a fast-paced, ever-changing global business environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake international business travel for on-site event management and execution.
• Immediate available will be highly preferred.
