Event Executive

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Managers on projects deliverables meeting customer's and company's standards
• Projects will include sponsorship activation, event marketing, PR and appropriate branding communication support
• Provide support as needed for projects from offline and online marketing, digital and social media channels
• Event planning, sourcing, execution, contingency planning and reporting (360 degrees)
• Work on site at the event. Outdoor and weekend work will be expected. Company will provide compensation leave.
• Can work in a dynamic and versatile environment while keep team work as top priority

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in marketing or related discipline
• 2+ years in marketing or account servicing experience
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and curious, always looking for ways to do things better and drive the problem forward
• Logical thinking with common sense
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly flexible, highly matrixed environment
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position
