Event Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and creative Event Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing social or corporate events, ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Management: Receive, evaluate, and manage all incoming event inquiries via phone, email, or web forms.
• Site Visits & Venue Presentation: Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective and confirmed clients, showcasing the venue’s spaces, features, and available services.
• Proposals & Contracting: Prepare and send tailored financial proposals, service packages, and contracts based on specific client requirements.
• Continuous Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and planning process, advising clients on catering menus, venue setups, and scheduling options.
• Catering Coordination: Liaise with our partner catering provider to finalize food and beverage options and confirm final menus.
• Internal Event Briefing: Compile and pass on final event specifications and details to internal departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to ensure proper venue setup.
• Post-Event Follow-up: Reach out to clients post-event to gather feedback and nurture long-term commercial relationships.
