Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage event setup, decoration, production, and logistics.
• Handle event schedules, checklists, and other operational requirements.
• Conduct site visits and supervise event arrangements.
• Ensure all event activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain service quality during events.
• Travel to event locations whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when events require.
• Previous experience in event management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
