Event Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our event décor and design team. You will work closely with our design and event teams to create graphics, presentations, event visuals, moodboards, signage, layouts, and other creative materials that bring our wedding event concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic designs and visual materials for weddings, events, and corporate projects.
• Develop visual concepts based on event themes, moodboards, briefs, and client requirements.
• Assist in creating event-related graphics such as signage, menus, invitations, backdrops, panels, welcome boards, table stationery, and other event collaterals.
• Assist the design team in preparing moodboards, presentations, layouts, and visual proposals for clients.
• Create and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Prepare artwork files according to production and printing requirements.
• Work closely with the event design and project teams to ensure visuals are aligned with the overall event concept.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final artwork meets the required specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks according to project deadlines.
• Ensure all assigned artwork and design deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of InDesign or other Adobe Creative Suite software is an advantage.
• Strong artistic sense and an eye for composition, typography, colour, proportion, and visual balance.
• Good understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
• Able to translate ideas and concepts into strong visual designs.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to explore different design styles.
• Able to understand and follow a creative brief.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
