Event Guest Relation Executive

5 days work week (required to work on weekend occasionally)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job duties:

• Welcome and provide professional hospitality to local and overseas guests, VIPs, and corporate clients during events, functions, and seminars.
• Assist with guest registration, ushering, seating arrangements, and general event coordination to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Act as a point of contact for guests during events, responding to enquiries and providing assistance with their requests.
• Provide personalised service to VIPs and key guests, including coordinating refreshments, meeting arrangements, transportation, and other event requirements.
• Liaise with the event team, venue staff, and clients to ensure event schedules and guest arrangements are properly coordinated.
• Assist with event setup, guest flow, programme coordination, and on-site activities before, during, and after events.
• Handle unexpected guest requests or on-site issues professionally and escalate matters to the event manager when required.
• Maintain a polished, friendly, and professional appearance and represent the company positively at all events.
• Be prepared to work at different event venues and travel locally depending on event requirements.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, when required for events.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
