About GidiStay

GidiStay is a Lagos-based lifestyle and PropTech company operating across shortlet accommodation, property sales, and events and ticketing.

Our GidiGames platform provides interactive games and experiences for lounges, bars and corporate teams — and we're expanding our network of venues and companies using the platform.

What you'll do

• Host events and experiences using GidiGames at lounges, bars and corporate gatherings,
• Bring your personality, energy and hosting skills to every event,
• Prospect and introduce GidiGames to lounges and bars across Lagos,
• Identify corporate companies that could use GidiGames for team engagement and events,
• Build relationships with venue owners, managers and corporate decision-makers,
• Follow up with prospects and contacts already in our pipeline,
• Convert interested prospects into paying GidiGames clients,
• Keep track of leads, conversations and follow-ups through our CRM,

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

• An experienced MC, event host or compere
• Charismatic, energetic and comfortable commanding a room
• Confident approaching people and building relationships
• Comfortable selling an idea or opportunity
• Familiar with Lagos nightlife, lounges and entertainment culture
• Well-connected within the Lagos events, hospitality or corporate space,a strong advantage
• Active on social media or already building a personal brand (This is a plus)
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Self-driven, organised and consistent with follow-ups

You'll be measured

Your success will be based on:

The quality and energy of your hosting

Paying venues and corporate clients you bring onto GidiGames

Your ability to develop relationships and convert opportunities

Consistency in following up with prospects

Overall contribution to the growth of the GidiGames network
