Event Management

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for creating and managing the event strategy.
• Responsible for identifying events to deliver the commercial and strategic goals.
• Responsible for handling all exhibition events (Motor Show, Motor Expo, etc.) and working closely to communication and promotion teams to generate leads.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and handling all aspects of activity events.
• Responsible for coordinating with organizers, agencies, dealers and other related functions about activities and event marketing.
• Responsible for analyzing analytics data to learn how customers interact with event.
• Responsible for negotiating with suppliers to get effectively in the best result in term of quality and budgeting.
• Responsible for evaluating event success and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or Marketing.
• Strong background in automotive market experience preferred.
• Have  experience of building a brand from 0-1 is a plus.
• At least 5 yeas of experience in developing and implementing successful event strategies.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Good command of English is must.
• Demonstrable track record of creating successful and memorable events.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple parties.
