We are seeking an ambitious Event Management Trainee to join our expanding Glasgow team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Working directly with the public across active event sites, pop-ups, and venue setups, you will play an essential part in representing leading partner brands, coordinating daily operations, and driving overall campaign performance.

As an Event Management Trainee, you will engage directly with prospective shoppers on-site, present product highlights, address inquiries, and assist customers through initial account sign-ups. Working alongside experienced shift managers, you will learn how to oversee venue logistics, handle customer objections, and direct team activities on the ground.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Event Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting venue logistics, display setups, and morning briefing huddles
