We're looking for an ambitious Event Management Trainee to join our Manchester team and gain hands-on experience in customer sales, promotional campaigns and event management.

You'll learn how to engage customers, introduce products and services, generate sales and contribute to successful events. Alongside building your confidence in sales, you'll develop an understanding of how campaigns are organised, how teams work together and what it takes to achieve strong results.

With practical training and ongoing support, this is an opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, customer engagement and event coordination, even if you're starting with no previous experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Event Management Trainee, you'll:

• Engage with customers and create positive, professional interactions
• Introduce products and services and explain their benefits
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Support sales activities and customer acquisition
• Help organise and coordinate promotional campaigns and events
• Work towards individual and team performance targets
• Monitor campaign results and provide customer feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver successful events

Training & Career Development

You'll receive hands-on training in customer sales, product knowledge, sales techniques, customer acquisition, campaign coordination and performance management.

As you gain experience, you'll also learn how to support event planning, organise team activities and understand the commercial side of running successful campaigns.

There may be opportunities to progress into senior sales, event coordination, team leadership or campaign management.
