Event Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of the Singapore market. This is a replacement hire for an established portfolio, and the successful candidate will hit the ground running — managing live sports events (primarily runs) from ideation through to execution.

You will be the primary point of contact for Malaysia & Singapore-based clients, working closely with internal creative, operations, and partnerships teams to deliver world-class event experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full project lifecycle for running events in Malaysia/Singapore, including planning timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Oversee event production and on-ground logistics — route planning, site setup, equipment, manpower, and vendor management

• Liaise with government bodies and relevant authorities to obtain permits and approvals required for events

• Work closely with internal design teams to manage creative deliverables — race kits, banners, digital assets, and event collaterals

• Serve as the key account manager for Singapore clients — managing expectations, providing updates, and building long-term relationships

• Coordinate across internal departments (operations, marketing, creative, partnerships) to ensure seamless event delivery

• Monitor project progress, flag risks early, and implement mitigation measures

• Travel to Singapore and other markets as required for events and client meetings

• Contribute to post-event reporting and continuous improvement processes

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the event/operations industry are welcome.
