Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Prepare event documentation including proposals, run-downs, progress reports, and post-event evaluations.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage logistics, production, and on-site operations.
• Oversee on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
• Manage procurement tasks, including sourcing venues, equipment, and event-related services.
• Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to keep events on track.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the project team as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma / University graduate preferred. Relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
• 1-3 years of work experience in event planning, project coordination or related fields (fresh graduates with relevant academic background will be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva, or similar presentation software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Willing to work overtime, under pressure, and able to meet tight deadline.
