Event Manager

We’re growing our London team and looking for a dynamic Event Manager who brings strong commercial leadership, ambition, and a hands-on approach to driving face-to-face team performance. You’ll lead on-site customer acquisition teams across live pop-ups, promotional venues, and high-footfall event locations throughout the city—taking ownership of revenue targets and team growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing operational setups and live customer facing execution at active promotional locations across London
• Leading on-site briefings, target setting, pitch workshops, and daily conversion huddles for campaign associates
• Engaging directly with prospective customers to deliver persuasive brand presentations and drive customer acquisition
• Supporting team members in closing account registrations and digital sign-ups while maintaining high service standards
• Tracking daily performance benchmarks, evaluating conversion rates, and optimizing pitch strategies on the floor
• Mentoring team members to improve objection handling, closing techniques, and communication skills
• Collaborating with account partners to hit weekly and monthly commercial targets
• Ensuring event presentation areas are organized, high-energy, and optimized for maximum customer engagement

Experience in direct customer engagement, event coordination, retail management, hospitality leadership, or team supervision is welcome, but not essential. We provide comprehensive management training, you just need to bring drive, resilience, and leadership potential.
