Event Manager

About the Role The Mobile Locker Co. is a fast-growing company that supports some of the most exciting live events in the country—professional sports, major festivals, and global events. To support this growth, we are hiring a Manager to support event operations in the Cincinnati market.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves live events, takes pride in running a tight operation, and loves customer interaction!

This role is event-based, meaning your schedule flexes with the calendar—some weeks you may work one event, this schedule will align with major events at Nissan Stadium. It's an ideal fit for someone who wants fun, engaging work without a rigid 9-to-5 commitment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise a small team of locker attendants and event staff on-site
• Ensure the guest experience is smooth, professional, and on-brand
• Manage inventory, equipment setup, and breakdown before and after events
• Perform light repositioning and movement of medium-sized commercial vehicles as part of event logistics
• Troubleshoot real-time issues—staffing gaps, customer concerns, and equipment
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Experience in event operations, hospitality, stadiums, festivals, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Some prior supervisory or lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Calm, reliable presence in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Strong communication and customer service instincts
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and event-based schedules
• Valid driver's license and comfort operating medium-sized commercial vehicles
• Organized and detail-oriented—with the ability to think on your feet

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
