Event Manager

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably with a background in Hospitality, Education, or related industries.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and managing events from concept development to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Strong ability to prepare event proposals, activity plans, budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Experienced in managing event budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring activities are delivered within the approved budget.
• Able to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations during events.
• Experienced in coordinating vendors, suppliers, venues, equipment, and other event requirements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or outside regular working hours, when required for events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or event management tools.
