Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute events end-to-end, from concept development and budgeting to post-event evaluation.
• Develop event concepts, timelines, run-downs, and detailed execution plans based on business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams, vendors, event organizers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, vendor selection, negotiations, and cost control.
• Oversee event preparation and on-site execution, ensuring all activities run according to plan, timeline, and quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure event continuity.
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports and evaluations.
• Ensure all event activities comply with company policies, standards, and applicable requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably with an Event Organizer (EO), agency, retail, or corporate environment.
• Proven experience in managing events end-to-end, from planning and coordination to on-site execution and evaluation.
• Strong project management, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on in event execution.
• Willing to work 5 days with 2 days off and fully work from office (WFO) in SCBD, South Jakarta.
