Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly events activities for senior citizens.
• Prepare and maintain an annual/monthly event calendar including cultural, recreational, fitness, social, and festive activities.
• Coordinate with residents, families, vendors, performers, trainers, and internal teams .
• Manage end-to-end event arrangements including venue setup, d cor, sound, catering, invitations, and logistics.
• Organize activities such as music, games, workshops, yoga, cultural programs, celebrations, outings, and festivals .
• Ensure events are conducted safely, smoothly, and as per senior citizens comfort and requirements .
• Handle vendor selection, negotiation, coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Facilities, Hospitality, and Maintenance teams .
• Collect resident feedback and continuously improve activities and events.
• Maintain event-related records, budgets, schedules, and expense reports.
• Handle unexpected situations during events and ensure quick resolution.
