Event Manager

About the Role
Qool Qatar is looking for a creative and detail-driven Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. From concept to final walkthrough, you'll own the process and make sure every event runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company and client events from start to finish
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts
• Source and liaise with venues, suppliers, and service providers
• Oversee event logistics — setup, staffing, equipment, catering, and breakdown
• Develop event concepts and themes aligned with brand goals
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance
• Manage on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues in real time
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports
• Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or management
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure, especially on event day
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends around events
• Budget management experience
