About The Hong Kong Coin Show (HKCS)

The Hong Kong Coin Show is an exclusive numismatic event held twice annually on the 18th floor of The Mira Hong Kong Hotel, featuring shows in April and October. This exciting and well-attended event is organized by four leading numismatic companies: Stack's Bowers and Ponterio Co. Ltd., Coin-In-Coin, and Shouxi.com. Key Responsibilities

· Exhibitor Management: Source, invite, and coordinate with exhibitors for both annual Hong Kong coin shows

· Marketing & Design: Create and develop marketing materials including brochures, promotional inserts, and flyers

· Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to exhibitors, attendees, and stakeholders

· Event Operations: Manage all event logistics and provide comprehensive onsite support during shows

Key Requirements

Essential:

· Self-motivated with excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail

· Outstanding team collaboration skills

· Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

· Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft, especially Excel

· Working knowledge of design software (InDesign and Photoshop/ Canva)

Preferred:

· Previous event management experience (fresh graduates welcome)

· Familiarity with Hong Kong vendors, and event industry trends

· Prior experience in event management
