collaborations, while building relationships with local vendors for seamless event

coordination.

PRE-EVENT MANAGEMENT:

1. Stationery & Collateral: Coordinate timely delivery of materials (ID cards, kits, etc.) from

vendors, printers, and suppliers.

2. Travel & Accommodation: Plan detailed travel logistics and accommodations for the team

at optimal cost.

3. Event Planning: Ensure detailed event planning and smooth onboarding of personnel

(photography, security, etc.).

4. Event Design Innovation: Collaborate with venues to create innovative layouts using the

latest design trends.

5. Operations: Schedule client meetings, send invites, and coordinate with vendors.

IN-EVENT MANAGEMENT:

1. Cost Efficiency: Optimize costs through strategic vendor negotiations and transparent

budgeting.

2. Vendor Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with vendors to ensure seamless

execution.

3. Production Management: Ensure timely, quality production.

POST EVENT MANAGEMENT

1. Review & Analysis: Analyze event success, resolve issues, and prepare reports for future
