What they need
Core Responsibilities
- Event Operations: Managing end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-site arrangements for temple programs.
- Administrative Support: Preparing claim vouchers, maintaining expense statements, and managing periodic database updates.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Following up with various departments via email, WhatsApp, or phone to ensure tasks are completed.
- Outreach & Communication: Providing tele-calling support to explain event details to customers/devotees.
- Logistics: Handling venue research, vendor contracts, catering coordination, and audio-visual setups
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
