Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and conceptualisation of events, developing original themes, creative concepts, and storylines.
• Develop event strategies that align with the brand’s positioning, objectives, and target audience.
• Create concept presentations, mood boards, creative proposals, and event narratives.
• Design cohesive event experiences, ensuring that every element reflects the overall concept and brand identity.
• Conceptualise and execute premium brand events, launches, and exclusive experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, designers, and production partners to bring ideas to life.
• Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring the final experience reflects the original creative vision.
• Research global trends in luxury, design, experiential marketing, and innovative event concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management, experiential marketing, or event conceptualisation.
• Experience working with luxury or premium brands.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, ideation, and conceptualisation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic event concepts that connect with the brand and its audience.
• A strong understanding of aesthetics, brand positioning, and customer experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, event storylines, and successfully executed experiences.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
