Event Manager

Job Description: Field Managers- Artist Management & On-Ground Execution
Number of Positions 4

Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with artists, artist managers, event teams, venues, clients, and internal stakeholders
● Manage artist movement, schedules, call times, rehearsals, sound checks, performances, and departures
● Ensure artists reach venues on time and are properly briefed about event requirements
● Handle artists professionally throughout the engagement and act as the primary on-ground point of contact
● Coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, hospitality, green rooms, meals, and other artist requirements
● Supervise backstage and on-ground arrangements during events
● Ensure that artist riders, technical requirements, hospitality requirements, and performance schedules are followed
● Coordinate with production, security, venue, hospitality, and operations teams
● Resolve on-ground issues quickly and escalate critical matters to Deepak or senior management
● Maintain event checklists, artist schedules, contact details, expense records, and completion reports
● Support event setup, execution, artist coordination, and post-event closure
● Ensure professional conduct, punctuality, confidentiality, and smooth communication at all times
● Be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular event hours as required

Candidate Profile:
● 1–4 years of experience in artist management, event execution, concerts, live entertainment, production, hospitality, or on-ground operations
● Experience handling artists, performers, celebrities, DJs, influencers, or event stakeholders is preferred
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Calm, practical, and solution-oriented under pressure
● Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
● Good knowledge of local venues, transport providers, production teams, and event vendors will be an advantage
● Comfortable with extensive travel and outdoor/late-night work
● Must be reliable, punctual, presentable, and professional
● Strong WhatsApp, Excel, documentation, and reporting skills
● Ability to follow instructions while taking ownership of on-ground responsibilities
