JOB DETAILS
Creating and executing an end-to-end event strategy.

Designing the event format to meet the requirements of our target audience.

Continually work to refresh the event value proposition to create greater value for the audience.

Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and drive the event content strategy.

Working with third-party vendors (e.g. event and creative agencies and online platform providers) to create compelling event experiences.

Understanding the location and venue specifications for in-person events, identifying, evaluating, and managing event venues, and contract negotiations.

Post-event reporting and analysis of event activities and ROI.

Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across teams.

Working in close partnership with appointed agencies, and managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.

Capturing feedback on agencies/vendors and ensuring the necessary adjustments for seamless delivery of future events.
