Event Marketing Assistant

Onto Nashville is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Event Marketing Assistants! We partner with national nonprofit organizations to bring meaningful causes directly into the Nashville community through interactive events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach.

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll help create engaging experiences that introduce people to the nonprofit organizations we represent. You'll connect with community members, share information about charitable initiatives, and help generate support through fundraising and promotional sales.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event marketing, brand representation, customer engagement, and sales while working alongside a supportive team. No previous marketing experience? That's okay! We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at local events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach locations
• Engage with attendees and community members through friendly, direct conversations
• Introduce people to charitable causes, fundraising initiatives, and opportunities to get involved
• Help generate donations and promotional merchandise sales for nonprofit campaigns
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and marketing displays
• Answer questions and create positive experiences for potential donors
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily outreach and fundraising goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, event marketing, and professional development
