Job Summary

Support event operations and promotional activities while gaining practical experience in event coordination, marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and coordination of promotional events
• Support event setup, registration and on-site operations
• Help coordinate materials and resources for event activities
• Assist with promotional activities and brand presentations
• Interact with event attendees and provide relevant information
• Record event feedback and assist with post-event activities
• Coordinate with team members during event days
• Participate in training and team briefings

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome

• Comfortable working at events and interacting with people

• Able to work collaboratively with different team members

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Previous event experience is not required
