Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of Event Operations, including ads, planning, logistics coordination, warehousing, inventory management, budgeting, and timeline adherence
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful events
• Lead onsite operations to guarantee seamless event flow and attendee satisfaction
• Quickly resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during events
• Prepare comprehensive post-event reports, analysis, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Event Operations or a similar role
• Ability to work on weekends / public holidays and travel outstation (within Malaysia)
• Strong multitasking skills and capacity to meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in planning and execution
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
