Event Operations Executive

We’re a fast-paced events agency on the lookout for someone who brings both hands-on know-how to our behind-the-scenes action & confidence to represent us on-site!

The role

By bridging logistics & entry-level project management, you'll enjoy a mix of office, warehouse & on-site fieldwork whilst gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of an event– from warehouse to client delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers with events & day-to-day operations
• Adhere to SOPs & provide progress updates
• Stage event equipment as per job briefing
• Load & unload goods safely
• Coordinate shipments with internal departments & third-party logistics providers
• Execute event set-ups & represent us professionally as the initial point of contact
• Troubleshoot on-site issues before reporting to project managers
• Teardown after events & return equipment to warehouse for cleaning & resetting
• Maintain inventory & cleanliness of warehouse
• Manage incoming & outgoing deliveries & keep records

Requirements

• Able to work nights/weekends if required
• Responsible individual who thrives in high energy & hands-on environment that involves physical work (lifting up to 25kg)
• Must be comfortable with alcohol products
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office & AI software such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, GAMMA, Canva
• Enthusiastic learner who follows leadership directions
• Meticulous problem-solver who can work both independently & in a team
• Fast worker with initiative & can-do attitude
• Good communicator with a presentable & professional demeanor
• Similar experience & manual driving license strongly preferred
