Avenue Twelve is looking for a dependable leader who takes initiative, enjoys physical work, and leads by example.

This is not a desk job. Every day you'll lead crews, load trucks by hand, drive, lift furniture, solve problems, and transform empty spaces into exceptional events at wineries, private estates, resorts, and venues throughout California's Central Coast. You'll help create luxury weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations that people will remember for a lifetime.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and direct warehouse and installation crews.
• Delegate tasks and keep projects running efficiently.
• Drive 17 foot to 24 foot box trucks.
• Safely load, pack, unload, and organize trucks for daily deliveries.
• Lift, carry, push, and move furniture weighing up to 80 pounds throughout the workday.
• Build and remove luxury event furniture installations.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and clean rental inventory.
• Represent Avenue Twelve professionally with clients, venues, and planners.
• Solve problems, stay organized, and help your team deliver exceptional results.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Please apply only if you meet all of the following qualifications.

• Must be at least 24 years of age.
• Active California Driver License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record that qualifies under our commercial insurance policy. No DUI, reckless driving convictions, speeding infractions, suspended licenses, or major at fault accidents.
• Experience safely driving 17 foot to 24 foot box trucks.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 80 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable performing physical labor for 5 to 8 hour shifts.
• Reliable transportation to report to our warehouse and occasional off site job locations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must own a reliable smartphone for scheduling, communication, navigation, and company apps.
• Available to work a schedule that primarily falls between Thursday and Monday, including weekends, occasional evenings, and late night pickups during wedding season.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven record of dependable attendance and punctuality.
