About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager who can independently manage projects from planning and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into execution plans, production schedules and operational checklists.
• Manage corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations from start to finish.
• Source vendors, compare quotations, negotiate rates and coordinate procurement.
• Prepare budgets, track costs and execute within approved budgets.
• Coordinate fabrication, branding, AV, lighting, logistics, manpower and venue requirements.
• Conduct site visits and oversee setup, rehearsals, event execution and dismantling.
• Brief and supervise vendors, promoters and on-ground teams.
• Work closely with client servicing, design and accounts teams.
• Resolve on-site challenges and maintain quality, safety and delivery timelines.
• Complete vendor reconciliations, expense reports and project closure documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in event operations.
• Experience with an event, experiential marketing or exhibition agency is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently execute projects and manage multiple vendors.
• Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication and logistics.
• Good negotiation, communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event execution.
