MidAmerica 7v7 Football is a growing youth sports organization that hosts competitive 7v7 football tournaments across the Midwest. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and organized Event Operations Staff to help us execute tournaments and events throughout the season.

This is a hands-on event position. You will play an important role in making sure our events run smoothly from setup through teardown. The responsibilities will vary from event to event, and team members should be comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown of tournament facilities, fields, tents, signage, equipment, and other event materials
• Manage team and coach check-in and assist with registration questions
• Work admissions and entry areas
• Operate merchandise sales and point-of-sale systems
• Assist with inventory, merchandise, equipment, and event supplies
• Help coordinate facility operations and communicate with venue staff
• Assist with field operations and ensure fields and event areas are properly prepared
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to athletes, coaches, parents, officials, and spectators
• Help direct teams and spectators throughout the facility
• Assist referees, trainers, field managers, and other event staff as needed
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during events and communicate problems to event leadership
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment
• Assist with parking, signage, crowd flow, and other event logistics when needed
• Follow MidAmerica 7v7 policies, procedures, and safety expectations
• Perform other event-related duties as assigned

• Previous experience in sports, events, customer service, retail, hospitality, or operations is a plus, but not required
• Previous football or 7v7 experience is not required

Schedule

Events are primarily held on weekends, with occasional setup responsibilities before or after events.

Event days can be long and fast-paced, and flexibility is important. Staff should expect to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.

Travel to MidAmerica 7v7 events throughout the Midwest may be required.
