Location: Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Shabiya, Abu Dhabi

About Us

Pom Pom Play & Party is an Abu Dhabi-based event organization company specializing in family entertainment, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate events.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and dedicated Event Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from preparation to completion.
• Communicate with clients, handle inquiries, and manage event bookings and orders.
• Host interactive games and entertainment activities for children and families.
• Perform balloon twisting, face painting, and other creative entertainment activities.
• Operate event equipment and machines, including popcorn, cotton candy, and ice cream machines.
• Supervise event setup, decoration, equipment handling, and dismantling.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or family entertainment.
• Practical skills in game hosting, balloon twisting, and face painting.
• Ability to operate entertainment and catering machines safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling client inquiries, bookings, and event orders.
• Creative, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and willing to assist with event equipment setup.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
