Event Outreach Associate

Overview

Supreme Milestones is a Houston-based outreach firm that partners with nonprofit organizations to help them grow their donor base, increase community visibility, and expand their reach through hosted events throughout the Greater Houston area. The work we do directly supports organizations that are changing lives across Houston.

We are looking for an Event Outreach Associate to join our team and help us continue building meaningful connections between the organizations we represent and the communities they serve.

What is the role?

• Represent our nonprofit partners at community events and fundraising activations throughout the Houston area
• Help drive donor engagement and community awareness for the organizations we represent
• Assist with event coordination, setup, and on-site execution to make sure every campaign runs smoothly
• Build genuine relationships with community members on behalf of our partners through consistent, professional engagement
• Use mobile tools to log outreach activity and track campaign progress in real time
• Work closely with your team to execute outreach strategies that maximize community impact

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who is passionate about community and genuinely enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life
• A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or athletics - or simply a strong communicator who is eager to grow
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply - Houston's diversity is one of its greatest strengths and we want our team to reflect that
• Recent graduates and individuals early in their career are welcome - we provide full paid training before you represent any of our partners.

What are we offering?

• $45,000–$55,000 annually - this is a guaranteed base salary paid weekly, not a commission-only role
• Full-time W-2 employment from day one - not remote, not door-to-door

Schedule: Full-time including some evenings and weekends based on event schedule. All events are local to the Greater Houston area - no overnight travel required. Reliable transportation to event sites is needed.
