MHG is expanding our team and we’re looking for a passionate Event Planner to design, organize, and execute impactful events that strengthen our brand and community presence. Representing HSBC Life Singapore, we combine credibility with creativity to deliver memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events: From corporate seminars to client appreciation nights, manage the full cycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with management, partners, and vendors to deliver seamless experiences.
• Manage budgets and logistics: Ensure events are cost‑effective, well‑organized, and executed on time.
• Drive creativity: Bring fresh ideas to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience in event planning preferred, but fresh graduates with passion are welcome
