About the role
We are looking for a creative and organized Event Planner to plan, coordinate, and oversee event planning from preparation to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Conduct pre- and post- event evaluations and report on outcomes
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related course
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with people, and manage conflicts
- Willing to render work during Weekends, Holidays, and as need relating to the nature of the job
- Can start ASAP
